Build Your Body is an 8-week, strength-focused coaching experience led by Coach Mark Shropshire. This program is designed to help you add real muscle, increase total-body strength, and train with intensity — while following a smart structure that keeps you progressing without burning out.
You’ll follow Mark’s proven A/B training split built around his 4 Shred System Steps:
1. Press Reset – Prime your nervous system and movement patterns
2. Cement the X – Lock in structural strength and stability
3. Build Your Body – Train heavy and progressively overload
4. Metabolic Finisher – Push capacity and conditioning
This is not random programming. It’s intentional, progressive strength training.
How You’ll Train
You’ll lift heavy three days per week, following structured A/B sessions designed to maximize muscle and strength development.
On your off days, you’ll follow an optimization and recovery protocol to ensure your body adapts, rebuilds, and comes back stronger for the next session.
