This 6-week program builds directly on the mobility, coordination, and foundational strength developed in Unlock and turns the dial up. The movements are still simple. The equipment is still minimal. But the demand? Significantly higher.

Primarily using your own bodyweight, Tim guides you through focused 30-minute sessions designed to challenge your strength, endurance, coordination, and mental toughness.

These are not extended warm-ups.
These are not casual mobility flows.

This is structured, progressive training that pushes your resilience from “starting over” to “fully capable.”
